It's hard to go wrong with a RNT duck call by Rich-N-Tone. Below are my favorite RNT calls. Please note these are all single reed calls that I would recommend for the intermediate caller to grow into or for the expereinced duck caller.

RNT MVP - Starting at the top of the volume range the RNT MVP is great sounding open water duck call that still has a lot of duck in it's sound, even on the top end. This call is a great choice for getting the attention of distant ducks or calling ducks in strong winds. Single reed only and available in acrylic and wood.
RNT Daisy Cutter - For a mid-range call in regards to volume I would recommend the RNT Daisy Cutter. This call is just plain nasty, with good performance on the bottom end also. If I could only own one duck call this would be the call. Single reed only and available in acrylic and wood.
RNT Timbre - For a very soft, super natural sound I would choose the RNT Timbre. This call is very easy to get quiet with and a great choice for calling ducks on very quiet days or call-shy ducks late in the hunting season. Single reed only and available in acrylic and wood.
In 1976, Butch Richenback began whittling on a block of wood that he later shaped into his first duck call that established the foundations for Rich-N-Tone Duck Calls. He wanted a call that was simple in design, as well as simple for the average caller to operate. A call that would be versatile in sound, that would do it all, from ringing hail calls, nasty bottom-end duck, to soft, up-close calling. The bottom line was to produce the most realistic duck made. Without a doubt that goal has been accomplished. Single reed only and available in acrylic and wood.
